Sweet & Savory Baked Brie with Christmas Jam and Pecans
Make your holiday table shine with this irresistible baked brie appetizer featuring our limited-batch Christmas Jam, a festive blend of strawberries, cranberries, and real Wisconsin honey. It's the perfect combination of sweet, tart, and smooth, wrapped in golden pastry for a melt-in-your-mouth treat that guests will devour.

Ingredients:
1 wheel of brie (8 oz)
1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
3–4 Tbsp Wisconsin Bee Company Christmas Jam
1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
¼ cup chopped pecans (or walnuts)
Optional: fresh rosemary sprig for garnish
Crackers or sliced baguette, for serving
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Lay puff pastry on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Place brie in the center and spoon Christmas Jam generously over the top.
Sprinkle chopped pecans over the jam.
Fold the pastry around the brie, trimming and tucking as needed. Brush the outside with egg wash.
Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool for 5–10 minutes. Serve warm with crackers or bread.
